Pastor Ryan Albaugh has dedicated over a decade to full-time ministry, bringing a wealth of experience and passion to his role at WatsNaz. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Point Loma Nazarene University and a Master's in Intercultural Studies from Nazarene Theological Seminary. Ryan met his wife Megan during their college years at Point Loma, and they have been married since 2009. Together, they have lived throughout California and most recently in Mesa, AZ, where Ryan co-led an experimental church plant, The Table. His diverse roles have included serving as a Youth Pastor, Associate Pastor, and Co-Lead Pastor, all of which have prepared him for his current leadership at WatsNaz, which he began in June 2024.

Family is at the heart of Pastor Ryan's life. He and Megan are proud parents to Caleb, and Paisley, and their household is completed by two beloved dogs, Biko and Charlotte, and a cat, Patches. Outside of his pastoral duties, Ryan has a range of interests that keep him engaged and inspired. He is an avid fan of technology and gadgets, has a lifelong passion for photography, enjoys playing and watching rugby, and finds relaxation in video games and BBQ. Whether he's spending quality time with his family or delving into his hobbies, Pastor Ryan brings enthusiasm and joy to every aspect of his life and ministry.
